Kicking off the art year for 2016 is the highly anticipated return of Tauba Auerbach to the gallery scene after a hiatus of four years. She talks about the reasons behind her break in a nice interview with SFAQ, (so you can check that out) and used the time off to create Diagonal Press. Projective Instrument opens at Paula Cooper in New York on January 9th and will feature “glass sculptures, 3D printed sculptures, new paintings, weavings, a library and a small series of concerts by kindred spirits.”
