For those curious what the home of someone with the imagination of Mark Ryden (interviewed) looks like, Curbed LA recently paid a visit to the house in Eagle Rock that he shares with his wife and artist Marion Peck. In situations like this, sometimes the artist’s home is completely normal like anyone else’s home, but sometimes, the home is just as fantastic as fans of the artist’s work may have expected. We now know that Ryden falls into the second category with his art and sculptural pieces scattered throughout his abode with other strange and wonderful paraphernalia he has collected throughout the years as well as custom finishes inside and out. Unfortunately, he will be dismantling everything for his move to the Northwest but one can only hope his next home will be just as inspiring.
