On June 9th, two young painters will be opening a joint show at Tales Of Art Gallery in Imola, Italy entitled Beautiful Disasters. Curated by Sasha Bogojev, the exhibition will contrast Spanish artist Jose Luis Ceña Ruiz’s obscured portraits of people hiding in lush foliage with Romanian artist Ioan-Ștefan Botiș’ obsession with capturing disasters like car crashes, with fire being the key component in many of his works.
