On November 3rd, Brian Viveros (featured) will be opening a solo show at Spoke Art’s New York location. Entitled The Good, The Bad & The DIRTY, the new body of work continues the Southern California-based artist’s rendering of his signature warrior women. Featuring cosplay influenced by Lucha Libre, Dia de los Muertos, and rife with boxing and military references, the new work is Viveros’ most meaningful and personal to date.

Viveros furthers explains – “It’s been some time since I’ve had a show in New York, but I’m very excited to be returning with a full exhibition and new set of work for all my east coast fans! This set is very personal to me; it’s been a hell of a year with the loss of loved ones and the cancer demon. This energy charges the work, and I’ve pushed the strength and endurance in each piece as a result. I hope you can all make it out to this event – it’s free and open to the public and everyone’s invited, I’ll be there all night long, drinking and hanging out. I look forward to meeting you all; it always means so much to me. I’m very grateful and excited about this exhibition with Spoke Art so save the date and spread the word, I’m bringing The Good, The Bad & THE DIRTY to NYC November 3rd!”
