Dedicated to Coney Island (1984-2002), presented by Andrew Eldin Gallery is definitely that kind of art. Artist Tom Duncan took an incredible 18 years to complete this interactive wonder, which must have been stop and go to some degree, but nevertheless is definitely an accomplishment. And it certainly was a welcomed pit stop in a sea of art booths at this years Armory Show. Truly a pleasure to see such and iconic piece jam packed with youthful nostalgia get its well deserved day in the sun, where it clearly lit up more than a handful of hearts.
