Those of you who remember seeing the September 2016 issue of Juxtapoz may recognize this image from James Jean (interviewed) that will be released as a print soon. Upcoming: Joe Ledbetter // IKEA Art Event 2018

Joe Ledbetter recently revealed images of his upcoming collaboration with IKEA featuring his iconic Mr. Bunny character. The limited edition glass rendition of his famous furry friend was created with the help of  the Målerås glass factory in southern Sweden and will be part of the IKEA Art Event, the fourth of its kind (seen 2017’s event featuring posters). Just released this morning, the Blush edition of KAWS’ Companion figure is still available on his website. The two versions (regular and flayed) are both open editions and retail for $200 each. Last week, Jeff Koons revealed his latest high profile project – a collection he designed with Louis Vuitton. Entitled Masters, the collaboration features 51 different pieces including handbags, scarves, key chains and small leather goods, including wallets and laptop sleeves. The concept behind it all was inspired by the American artist’s Gazing Ball series of paintings from 2015 which featured reproductions of various masterpieces adorned with blue reflective spheres.
