Tomorrow, July 29th at 10 AM PST, Audrey Kawasaki (interviewed) will be releasing a new print through Thinkspace Gallery. Entitled Ponderer, the image is taken from a painting shown with the gallery during her mini solo at SCOPE Miami last year (covered). Produced in a run of 250, the hand signed and numbered edition will be sized at 17 x 28 inches and cost $250 each. It will be a little over three years when Audrey Kawasaki (interviewed) returns to the Merry Karnowsky Gallery, the site of her show in Los Angeles in 2011 (covered). Included in the new body of work were her familiar exquisite portraiture of seductively innocent girls, with her technique taking advantage of the wood grain in each piece. It measures 18 x 18″, is signed and numbered, and will come in an edition of 400 for $235.
