Artist friendly clothing company RVCA recently opened their “Whammy! “show (teased) at their retail space/gallery VASF in San Francisco. Â Focusing entirely on domestic talent, “Whammy!” features the artwork of such stateside luminaries as Jeff Soto (interviewed), Dave Kinsey, Anthony Lister (interviewed), Kelsey Brookes and Tiffany Bozic, to name a few. Looks like Studiocromie is getting ready to release this beautiful screen-printed ceramic plate by Dave Kinsey. These will be a limited edition and will cost about 220 euros. This should not come as a surprise as the FAME Festival this year, also put on by Studiocromie, is encouraging artists to work with ceramics as well.Â Take a look at the signature on the back of the plate as well as a picture of the ceramic workshop after the jump…
Whammy!
