It’s time again for another Streets World Roundup where we review some the public art that you may have missfed recently. Leading things off is this sweet new mural form Phlegm. This year’s Nuart Festival (see previous years) officially opened this weekend and we have a plethora of new street pieces to share with you. The Lithuanian artist has been recently putting up work in the streets of Penang, Malaysia that speak to his eye for placement.
