Streets: 1010 // The Crystal Ship (Belgium)

After a look at what ROA painted for the Crystal Ship Festival on the streets of Ostend, we now can share some photos of 1010 at work for the event. The German artist painted his signature patterns on these side of a structure, providing a striking contrast to the drab building with this optical illusion. Although the opening was delayed due to the terrible recent events in Brussels, City Lights at the newly formed Millennium Iconoclast Museum of Art ended up kicking off successfully earlier this month. Featuring the works of Maya Hayuk, Swoon, Momo, and Faile, the exhibition included installations from the American artist to go along with original works on display. Photo credit: la Repubblica.

As previously reported, Os Gemeos recently spent some time in Milan, working on the first intervention in a new program by Pirelli’s HangarBicocca – Outside the Cube.
