Jeff Soto (interviewed) currently has a timed edition available with Prints On Wood through December 3rd. Entitled Nightgarden, the image for the wood print was taken from his 2015 Los Angeles exhibit of the same name (covered). Measuring 36″ x 10.5″, each one will come signed & numbered and cost $175. This Saturday night (December 2nd), James “Dalek” Marshall (interviewed) will be opening a solo show at Thinkspace Gallery in Los Angeles. The Space Monkey Returns features a new body of work celebrating the 20th anniversary of one of the North Carolina-based artist’s most iconic characters. It seemed Marshall had retired the space monkey a while back and moved on to other things, but as he mentioned in his recent interview here, it made sense to revisit it at this time. The solo show will highlight the American artists hyper-detailed ink drawings that depict the density of urban sprawl with surreal elements mixed, sometimes with impossible architectural constructs (à la M.C.
