Tonight in Chelsea at Jonathan LeVine Gallery (529 West 20th Street), accomplished illustrator and artist Phil Hale will be presenting his first solo stateside in the last four years. This Saturday night (February 21st), Jonathan LeVine Gallery (529 West 20th Street) will be presenting new works from acclaimed painter and illustrator Phil Hale. Life Want to Live will be the American artist’s first solo show in four years as well as his debut with the Chelsea showspace, introducing his surreal and distorted images of life to fans in New York. A couple Saturdays ago, the Thinkspace Gallery in Culver City hosted the opening for Wild at Heart, a benefit show where some of the proceeds went towards Born Free USA. Last weekend, the Corey Helford Gallery played host to the opening of the Natalia Fabia (interviewed) curated show Hookers.
