Last night, Louis Vuitton premiered a show they curated entitled A Passion for Creation at the Hong Kong Museum of Art with a shortlist of some of the top names in Contemporary Art.Â Some of the artists included Jean-Michel Basquiat, Jeff Koons, Paul Chan, Cao-Fei, Yang Fudong, Gilbert & George, Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster, Andreas Gursky, Pierre Huyghe, Bertrand Lavier, and Christian Marclay. The Louis Vuitton flagship store on 5th Avenue in New York City recently received the Stephen Sprouse treatment. The window displays feature neon light installations of Sprouse;s trademark Rose motif to showcase the launch of the brand’s Spring 2009 collection which pays homage to the late fashion designer and artist.
