United Kingdom’s Paul Insect (featured) recently crossed the pond to New York’s Opera Gallery to present a new body of work entitled Out of Chaos. This expansive new show featured a cornucopia for the eyes as Mr. Insect showed viewers the extent of his true talents with numerous mediums on display – from paintings & sculptures to silkscreens & stencils. Alice Mizrachi – “Love In The City” @ JuiceTank

Rounding out the the group of artists invited to work inside the mural creation project at start-up incubator JuiceTank is Alice Mizrachi. With the recent release of the Shepard Fairey print featuring the use of Mike Miller’s photograph of Eazy E (still available here), the duo decided to record a video detailing the entire project. Shot while they were signing the limited edition collaboration, the footage features an interview with the two talented artists while they talk about how the print came about, their opinions on Eazy E & NWA, and much more… Via Hypebeast. This past weekend New York City got a dose of the Hello Kitty treatment from Sanrio and a load of talented artists. Our global summary of street work returns this week with a look around the world but heavily tilted towards Florida due to Basel Week Miami. Last week, Dave Kinsey unveiled a new body of work at New York’s Joshua Liner Gallery. Entitled Everything At Once, this large series is another step forward in the LA-based artist’s magnetic style of painting. While checking out the PULSE art fair (highlights here) during Basel Week Miami, we made sure to stop by the Joshua Liner booth to see what they had to offer. As we wandered the halls of the PULSE art fair (highlights here) during Basel Week Miami, we came upon the booth of Jonathan LeVine solely featuring the work of Invader. Streets: ROA (Australia)

While in Australia recently for his solo showing at Backwoods Gallery (covered), the Belgium-based ROA not surprisingly brought his special form of portraiture to the streets down under. Included in these new murals were pieces painted at the Healesville Sanctuary in Melbourne, a non-profit conservation organization dedicated to fighting wildlife extinction. As usual, ROA chose species that are native to the area to render like the platypus and wombat. Last month, we shared with you a video shot in-studio with KAWS before his Companion Balloon hit the streets of New York for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade.
