Preview: “Overdose” Hi-Fructose Group Show @ Copro Gallery

After their highly successful group show last year, Hi-Fructose is back again with another exhibition, this time titled “Overdose,” opening April 4th at Copro Gallery.  With a increasingly more respected reputation as one of the best publications in the scene, they been able to assemble a pretty amazing lineup.  Sure to be one of the showstoppers is this huge 50 x 50 inch Chris Berens piece seen above.  See some other preview pics as well as the full lineup after the jump.

Teaser: Luke Chueh @ Corey Helford

Luke Chueh will be back in March with his first solo show for 2009 at Corey Helford Gallery.  His show entitled “From Light Cometh Darkness” will feature over 20 new paintings and drawings that will no doubt include some of his bears in various dark, comical, depressing, or satirical situations.  His friend Thomas Han will be showing concurrently in Corey Helford’s loft area. Preview: Vivisect Playset V @ Gallery 1988 SF

The fifth installment of Vivisect Playset is opening up this Friday, December 5th at Gallery 1988 SF (7-10 pm).
