Currently on view at the Chatsworth House grounds in the UK through October 31st is the annual Sotheby’s Beyond Limits sculpture exhibition. Included in this year’s showing are two new works from Damien Hirst entitled Legend and Myth, which are his dissected portrayals of a winged horse and a unicorn. This new series of work appears to be an extension of his signature formaldehyde animals, with a focus now on mythical creatures. The sculptures are up for sale and range from the 1930s to the […]

The intriguing title alludes to a motto first coined by William Faulkner, and used by writers to describe the action of cutting the most cherished characters and scenes from their story. […]
Kai & Sunny’s third solo show at Stolenspace just got an extra week’s extension to its run and now is open until Sunday 3rd July. AM stopped by last week to take a look at The Flower Show and meet up with the design duo. Their trademark large format monochromatic screenprints sit well in the industrial styled surroundings of the gallery with the stark tones of the images accented by a silver glitter within the screen-printing ink. As the title suggests, nature is again the […]
Londoners, get ready to throw your TWIST’s up in the air. Legendary graf and street artist Barry McGee will be hitting up the UK with a new show this coming Thursday, June 30th, at Stuart Shave / Modern Art.
