Update: Kate MccGwire

Known of her undulating sculptural creations through the unconventional use of feathers, Kate MccGwire currently has some works on display at various locales. Venice Biennale ’15 / Showing: Personal Structures / Crossing Borders

As one of the collateral shows of the Venice Bienalle 2015, Personal Structures / Crossing Borders, organized by the European Cultural Centre, opened at two locations in Venice on the 9th of May. Hosted at Palazzo Bembo and Palazzo Mora, over 100 artworks created by 100 participating artists from around 50 different countries was presented to the general public. On 9th of May, another edition of the Venice Biennale will be open, staying on view all the way until the 22nd of November. The 56th International Art Exhibition is titled All the World’s Futures, and will feature 90 national participants exhibiting in the historical Pavilions at the Giardini, at the Arsenale, and in the city of Venice.
