A while back, AM attended the opening of the group show Flash curated by Anonymous Gallery. Hosted at Wooster Street Social Club, the exhibition had many notables including as Anthony Lister, Curtis Kulig, Dan Witz, Eric White, Greg Lamarche, Kenji Hirata, Kenzo Minami, James Jean, Logan Hicks, Nick Walker, Ron English, Shelter Serra and Tristan Eaton. Openings: “Yard Dogs” @ Wooster Street Social Club

We recently attended the opening of Yard Dogs at New York’s Wooster Street Social Club. It seems that almost everyone with a background in graffiti came out to catch this exhibition that featured works from renowned artists of the spray can. Previews: “Yard Dogs” @ Wooster Street Social Club

Tonight (7pm-11pm), Wooster Street Social Club will present a special group exhibition called Yard Dogs. The show pays homage to the graffiti roots of New York City where 15 veteran writers including KR, BIO, T-Kid 170, Keo, NICER, James Top, PNUT2, Rebel, CES, SHARP, Fritos, NIC 707, CEY, REVOLT and Tracy 168 will showcase new works. Openings: Square Enix – “Deux Ex: Human Revolution” @ Wooster St. Social Club

Square Enix and the Wooster Street Social Club presented a mini charity exhibition recently centered around the video game Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Artists such as Estevan Oriol, Sam Flores, Patrick Martinez and Jeremy Fish created game themed posters for the event, each with a small edition of 20 with proceeds benefiting art education. You may remember last year during the finals days of Deitch Projects, Shepard Fairey (featured) held his solo exhibition May Day in New York.
