Doze Green opened alongside of Josh Keyes (covered) at Jonathan Levine Gallery last weekend with some “New Works.” The new body of work showed off the artist’s gift for taking simple strokes and turning them into organic abstractions. We enjoyed the white on black gouache pieces that clearly showed his fluid and continuous line work, creating astonishing figurative images. Many of New York’s finest were in attendance at the opening including Eric White, Esao Andrews, Tara McPherson, David Ellis and too many old school street artists to name. More after the jump…
