After Team Gallery’s strong efforts across the pond at the Frieze Art Fair last month (covered), the New York gallery will be continuing their participation within the international art fair circuit with a group show at Art Basel Miami Beach. Much like in the London, Ryan McGinley will play a central role at their booth, where already iconic works from his Life Adjustment Center series, like the above “Tracy (Red, White and Blue)”, will be on display. The playful, yet poignant mixture of black and white portraits and vivid landscape color photographs, shown for the first time together last month at Ratio 3 (covered) and presented as a whole in a must-have, limited-edition new book, provides an intoxicating and inspiring snapshot of carefree youth in their seductive prime.

The booth will also be comprised of recent Photoshop gradients and dancing stand sculptures by Cory Arcangel, a lightbox by Massimo Grimaldi, new photographs by Slater Bradley and Ryan McGinley, as well as new paintings by Gardar Eide Einarsson, Muntean/Rosenblum, David Ratcliff, Chris Vasell, and Stanley Whitney.  Large-scale woodcuts by Gert & Uwe Tobias and a microphone stand edition by Banks Violette will round out the booth.
