In this short from 2007, Dennis Hopper shares his passion for art collecting and gives a guided tour of his personal collection. Â Hopper, who befriended many of contemporary art’s greats starting in the 1950’s, has an impressive collection of both paintings and anecdotes featuring such luminaries as Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Basquiat, and Kenny Scharf.Â Enjoy!

Having lived a full life we all would aspire to living, Donald Fisher passed away in San Francisco at the age of 81, after a battle with cancer.Â Along with his wife, Doris, Fisher founded and built The Gap from a single store into a clothing empire.Â He graduated in 1950 from UC Berkeley, where he was a star swimmer and water polo player.Â Philanthropy was important to him and he was involved in the Bay Area United Way and founded the KIPP (Knowledge is […]

Gallery 1988 LA announced their latest print with Luke Chueh (teased) featuring his “Disintegration” image. Fans who missed out when the painting was first printed as a giclee on canvas last year (limited to 25 pieces) now have the chance to adorn their wall with this great image.
