“The Wondermental” is the title of Lola’s upcoming show at Corey Helford Gallery on October 25th. The theme for the show is an “enchanting visual adventure about a young boy’s journey into the unknown.” Perhaps inspired by experiences as a mother, her paintings always feature children in various fairytale settings. To fully appreciate her shows, one must take in every painting as piece of a puzzle that when put together form an intricate story. Her attention to detail is amazing and inevitably our attention is especially drawn to the delicate tapered “ballerina feet.” Our friends at the gallery & Lola have kindly given us permission to share several new images with our readers.
