Portugal street artist Vhils, who recently participated at the grand opening of Laz’s Rathbone Place as well as the Tunnel 228 project, just released a video he’s been working one entitled “Scratching the Surface.” In it, employing excellent cinematography, he documents the creation of one of his pieces. We also get a glimpse at his mastery of all tools of the trade – spray paint, stencil, power tools, hammer and chisel.
