Will Barras’ nearly sold out show, “Darling We’re Leaving” at FIFTY24SF will be closing later this week. AM had the opportunity to visit the artist during the install (though it was more of a week-long live painting session) as Will effortlessly crafted his narrative, weaving it between the walls and the wooden canvases, smoothly expressing a fluid stream of consciousness and spontaneous storytelling full of lust, compassion, fear and longing. Barras, being the overall nice guy that he is, set this show at very attractive price points, so if you’re interested in picking up the last remaining pieces, be sure to do so before the show ends this Saturday the 28th.
