Last Saturday, Guererro Gallery hosted the opening for an exhibition featuring two artists who are truly masters at their craft: Mike Giant and Adam 5100 (previewed). Both artists displayed work not typically found in their previous exhibitions, which gave the show a more personal feel.

Mike Giant (who was occasionally spotted riding around outside the gallery on his bicycle) displayed his usual crisp Sharpie work on paper, as well as works on canvas done with One Shot enamel, intricate tracings on paper, and collages featuring inspiration for his work with writings that allow the observer to take a peak into his mind. Adam 5100 displayed an impressive stencil piece as well as original intricately cut stencils mounted on top of each other that allows the viewer to see the layers involved in a finished piece.  Check out some photos from the opening after the jump…
