A couple weekends ago when AM attended the opening of Nate Frizzell’s solo show in Chinatown, we also stopped by the adjacent POVevolving Gallery to check out Derek Albeck’s newest work. The show entitled Mysterious Strangers featured a mix of work including some unique hard to describe photographic transfers rendered in powdered graphite as well as large two panel self-portrait.
