Last week, Brett Amory’s latest effort, Twenty-Four in San Francisco, was put on display at Sandra Lee Gallery located in San Francisco’s Union Square (see the studio preview here). The show contained 24 paintings, each capturing a moment from a different location from a different hour of the day. Various objects found on the ground at each site was displayed throughout the space. The back room of the gallery housed the video installation that showed footage filmed at each location during the corresponding hour referenced in each painting.
