After a first look at the inaugural ComplexCon, held at the Long Beach Convention Center, we now will focus in on a few things that caught our eye. Like their recent high profile projects at Times Square in New York, with Modernica in Los Angeles, and for the MTV Movie Awards, the Dabs Myla created an immersive installation for the attendees to enjoy. Featuring sculptural as well as painted elements featuring their signature retro cartoonish characters, the area from the two featured a steady stream of people wandering through the installation while taking photos and fun selfies in the whimsical wonderland.
