Shepard Fairey: Yes We Did! print release and video

Shepard Fairey announced that in celebration of Obama’s presidential victory, a special limited print will be released through MoveON.org tomorrow. With all proceeds going to MoveOn – an organization which aims to bring real Americans back into the political process.  The release will be on Nov. 7th at 9:30AM PST (12:30PM PST) via MoveOn.org HERE.  This print will be an unsigned edition numbered up to 5000. Last night, AM had the opportunity to attend a very special event held by Bonhams LA. A unique panel of speakers from different corners of the Urban art genre gathered to discuss the state of the Urban art market and the economics/dynamics of today’s art marketplace. On November 6th, Greg “Craola” Simkins will open the second and final part of his bi-coastal show at Gallery 1988 in LA.
