Wow, what a stunning collaboration between Robert Lazzarini, well known for his distorted sculptures, and KAWS in what we like to call the “Distorted Companions”. Lazzarini, who you may remember recently exhibited his twisted brass knuckles alongside KAWS’ work at the It Ain’t Fair exhibition (covered) by OHWOW during Art Basel Week, is a fellow Brookylnite and seems to be a natural partner for the re-engineering of the iconic figure on its 10th anniversary. Mark Jenkins is back in the house, this time with something for (almost) everyone. He’s released two editions based on his publicly installed pieces – Flower Signs and Twins. We at AM have always loved his unique sculptures & installations, but rarely do we see an editioned piece from Jenkins. What we like about this is that both are hand made and individually signed.
