London based artists Conor Harrington and Chloe Early have a joint exhibition opening tomorrow, Saturday April 18th, at the influential Kinsey/DesForges gallery in Culver City. This Saturday, Joshua Liner will host the opening of “Love Monster,” Japanese-born Brooklyn-based artist Aiko’s first solo show with the gallery and her largest exhibition to date. Shepard Fairey “Supply & Demand” Museum Retrospective to Travel

It seems that Shepardâ€™s recentÂ dramaÂ with the AP and Boston’s finest doesn’t phase the higher-ups in the Contemporary Art world. AM has learned that Shepard Fairey’sÂ debut solo museum exhibition “Supply and Demand,” which opened (covered)Â at the Boston ICA in February, will be traveling to at least two other museums. Berlin-based stencil artist BOXI made his United States solo show debut with â€œGrey Areaâ€ (previewed) which opened this past Thursday at Carmichael Gallery. Patrons were captivated by BOXI’s photo-realistic work and found themselves immersed in the barren world his subjects reside in. The London Police (TLP) opened their show tonight at StolenSpace entitled “10 years On The Circle Line.”Â Famous for their “Lads” characters and their simple aesthetic that started about 10 years ago, they come together again to collaborate on a show featuring paintings, photography and a video installation.
