Upcoming: KAWS (VR Experience) @ New York Public Library

Tomorrow, January 29th (1-4pm), at the New York Public Library, Visionaire will unveiling its latest virtual reality experience featuring the work of KAWS. Addam Yekutieli aka Know Hope recently released a new edition of self produced, hand-crafted necklaces titled The Confidant featuring his iconic bird symbol as a pendant. Benefits: Faile x Keihls – “Baby Give Back” Collection

For this holiday season, Faile (featured) has teamed up with Kiehls to release a collection of skin care products to benefit Feeding America. The Patrick’s worked with the American cosmetics brand retailer, gifting their design skills and artwork on a range of products, with each one labeled conveniently as to how many meals you are helping provide to families in need. Releases: Rostarr x Nike Running Collection

Nike recently released their collaboration with Romon Kimin Yang (Rostarr) featuring his calligraphy-inspired imagery on a selection of running footwear and apparel. Releases: SABER x 1849 Wine – “Iris” Bottle

Following up on his sold out Au Jus, Triumph, and Anonymous collaborations with the 1849 Wine, SABER (interviewed) recently released another bottle he designed for the wine company. Iris is of a 2013 vintage, a pinot noir “rich with dark cherry aromas accented with notes of violets and spice, supported by toast and the faint smoke from the barrel.” The label features imagery taken from the graffiti artist’s Tool of Dissent painting, a burst of colors created in his distinctive urban calligraphy. Releases: James Jarvis x Case Studyo – “AMPHORA” Vase

Case Studyo recently added a new product to their rapidly expanding line of artist collaborations with something they worked on with James Jarvis (interviewed). AMPHORA is a limited edition (run of 100) vase that features one of the British artist’s recognizable cartoon characters that is a play on the title of the piece (derived from the Greek “ampiphoreus” meaning “bearer”). Releases: Luke Chueh Hand Painted Masks

On August 22nd, Luke Chueh (interviewed) will be releasing several variations of a mask based on his iconic sad bear character. Set to be available through 1xRUN, they were created and hand painted personally by the Los Angeles-based artist while in Detroit for a show (covered) at Inner State Gallery earlier this year.
