The prolific Aryz is at it again – this time in Norway for the Oslo Triennial of Mural Art. Featuring the young Spanish street muralist’s signature faded palette, the surreal piece was painted on the side of a multi-story building and featured a skeletal man and a young girl. Spanish “wall painter” Aryz (pronounced ar-eez), opened his 1st US solo show last Friday at Fifty24SF in San Francisco. The young artist is mostly known for the large scale murals he has been painting from Europe through the US to Central and South America. His recognizable soft colors, subtle lines, transparent & “jelly” feeling character and objects, have enhanced many abandoned factories & big walls and has gained him a lot of popularity & respect among urban and street art fans. Titled Style is The Limit, the show […]

The show is opening this Friday, 19th of April, and is mostly featuring studies of his larger scale works, a wooden sculpture, and at least two big scale paintings […]

Other notable walls this week come courtesy of Augustine Kofie – Italy (source), Aryz – Peurto Rico (source), Case – Germany (source), Escif – Croatia & Spain, Gaia – Philadelphia, Sam3 […]
