Going public early this week will be Dan May’s (interviewed) latest selection of work, collectively entitled Patient Season. The new drawings and paintings ranging in size from 6″ X 6″ to 18″ X 24″ will be available online and will bring together themes of hope, peace, love, mystery, and intrigue. The annual BLAB WORLD show (see 2009, 2010, and 2011) is set to open this Saturday night, September 8th, at the Copro Gallery. This will be the 8th showing in the series curated by Monte Beauchamp and will feature art from the upcoming BLAB WORLD 3 book which will be released next year. This past weekend, New York’s Cotton Candy Machine hosted their second annual “tiny” art showcase entitled Tiny Trifecta.
