As mentioned in our coverage of The Magician’s Garden in San Francisco last month, Josh Keyes (interviewed) will be releasing a print to coincide with the recent conclusion of the exhibition. Democratically chosen by collectors on his message board with overwhelming support, The Cerberus Project is now in the final stages of production, at a new printing house to correct some of the minor issues with the past couple, with release plans recently being unveiled. Tonight, things kind of came full circle as Josh Keyes (interviewed) returned to one of the first galleries / websites to support him out there – Fecal Face Dot Gallery. To build the anticipation for The Magicians Garden a little further, here is a snapshot from Josh Keyes’ studio, where he appears to have fully fleshed out the painting that we teased last month in its conceptual phase. Tirelessly sketching, Josh Keyes continues the neverending evolution of his dystopian narrative in preparation for his next solo exhibition, entitled The Magicians Garden, at Fecal Face Dot Gallery in San Francisco.
