On Thursday night, September 19th, the Long Beach Museum of Art will host the opening of a new group exhibition entitled Risqué {dirty little pictures}. A couple weekends ago, the Merry Karnowsky Gallery hosted new work from Nicola Verlato (featured) & Caleb Brown entitled Pagan Pop & A Modern World collectively. Featuring two surreal paintings styles that pair nicely together, the exhibition allowed fans to look into the imaginative minds of these two artists. On September 5th, Japanese artist Haroshi (featured) introduced his limited edition skateboard decks released through Japanese skateboarding company Uniful. Thug For Life in the Shibuya district of Tokyo was packed with people that were interested in this release that instantly became hit in Asia. Along with the signed and numbered decks, the artist introduced a new sculpture that was made especially for this event.
