Artists collaborating on album covers is not a new phenomenom, but here is an interesting one from Kanye West that was done by Kaws. Fully Visual, maker of metal figures in the vinyl dominated world of art toys, has carved out a niche for themselves. After successfully producing fine hand-cast metal figures for the likes of Kozik, Joe Ledbetter, Tim Biskup, and Gary Baseman, they will be releasingÂ “Shithead” – based on the work of Luke Chueh. On October 21st (11 AM PST), 100 pieces will beÂ made available,Â with one being the chase (gold piece). More after the jump.

Preview: Baby Tattooville

The second annual Baby Tattooville is fast approaching (October 3-5). This unique event, billed as a “limited edition retreat for artists & collectors,” has grown on us and Arrested Motion will be on hand to cover the event. The idea was for 50 paying attendees to spend the weekend participating in scheduled activities (panels, workshops, etc) and to socialize with the eventâ€™s artists.
