Â Despite an initial print run of just a few thousand back in 1984, “Subway Art” has become a true phenomenon with countless reprints that have inspired thousands of artists and fans around the world. The “Whole in the Wall” group show at Helenbeck Gallery opened to an excited New York crowd this past Thursday.
