Previews: Kazuki Takamatsu – “The Way To Release From The Restraint” @ Corey Helford Gallery

On January 12th, Corey Helford Gallery will be presenting another new body of work from Kazuki Takamatsu in their Downtown Los Angeles showspace. The Way To Release From The Restraint features the Japanese artist’s surreal imagery created with his unique monochromatic depth mapping technique, starting digitally and ending with hand painting. His precociously seductive characters, mixed with symbols of death & violence, balance between the worlds of kawaii and darker themes. Showing: “Absorbed By Light” @ Amsterdam Light Festival
