In the over 30 year history of the Peanuts comic strip, the iconic characters have been inspiration for generations of artists, with some recent renditions of Charlie Brown featured here on AM (see Banksy and Tim O’Brien). Alex Lukas continues to delight us here at AM with each series of his distressed cityscapes, and judging by the work in his upcoming untitled solo exhibition at San Francisco’s Guerrero Gallery, he continues to go from strength to strength.
