Katrin Fridriks recently joined forces with the brand new digital platform for collectible arts, Avant Arte, and created two new fine art editions. Based on her previously shown originals, Waving Miracle & Magic Mind and Waving Force of Nature – Awakening, both high quality prints were produced using various high-end techniques at Coriander Studio in London.
Avant Arte was launched in 2015 as a digital outlet and quickly gained a large following and created its own community. Compromising of curators, designers, and developers, their goal is to empower new art collectors and to help artists reach the right audience. They already successfully released limited editions by Swiss painter Conrad Jon Godly and Lebanese conceptual photographer Lara Zankoul, and have more releases scheduled with Michael Kagan, Jonny Niesche, Jan Kalab and Felipe Pantone.
The new editions by Icelandic conceptual painter were produced using various techniques that include screen printing, digital print, embossing and glossy varnish. All complying with Fridriks’ high standards and meticulous production methods, the finished product are flawless reproductions of her vibrant paintings. From using the exact same paint used in her studio to replicating the signature texture and thickness effect of her canvases, these prints are setting new standards in the print quality. Both measuring 30,3 x 30,3 inches and coming in limited edition of 77 copies signed and numbered by the artist, the prints will be available soon via AvantArte.com.
