With the imminent opening of the first large-scale exhibition in the UK of the work of Jean-Michel Basquiat scheduled for the 21st, a couple Banksy pieces have shown up near the venue overnight. One week since Banksy’s latest & arguably one of his strongest stunts to date was revealed to the public, we’ve received the first official photographs of The Walled Off  Hotel in Bethlehem (covered). Tomorrow (December 2nd) in London, Lazarides will be opening a Banksy Print Gallery at the Mondrian Hotel. Specializing in selling limited editions from the infamous street artist on the secondary market, the space in South Bank will also feature a collection of photographs as well as ephemera from that period of time. Showing: “The Art Of Banksy” @ Beurs van Bergale (Amsterdam)

After an Istanbul premiere in January of 2016, Banksy’s unofficial and unauthorized retrospective is currently on view at Amsterdam’s Beurs van Berlage. The Art of Banksy includes over 85 pieces selected by the elusive artist’s former agent, Steve Lazarides, making it the biggest show of Banksy work ever put together.
