Known of her undulating sculptural creations through the unconventional use of feathers, Kate MccGwire currently has some works on display at various locales. Some of her pieces are at the Royal West of England Academy in Bristol alongside work from Peter Randall-Page (through September 10th) – you can read more about it here. Also, she has joined the ranks the prestigious Glasstress 2015 Gotika at the 56th Venice Biennale (through November 22nd) with a large floor installation using Berengo black glass and crow feathers entitled Siren (seen above). Lastly, she currently is showing as part of the Complicit group exhibition curated by Coates & Scarry in London. Take at more new works from 2015 in the photos below…
