On January 14th, Dave Kinsey (featured) will be opening a solo show at New Image Art in Los Angeles entitled Momentary Bliss. The new work is heavily influenced by his time in the Sierra Nevada Mountains before relocating back to a downtown Los Angeles studio. Kinsey’s recent paintings are increasingly more abstract compositions of textures and forms with a hint of the figurative.
