Our friends at Paper Monster have been working long and hard on a very special print by Tomokazu “Matsu” Matsuyama (interviewed). Entitled Running Even Deep, the print involved a 23-layer screenprinting process using oil based inks, as well as giclee, on thick deckled-edged paper. In addition, every one of the very limited edition of 50 has been uniquely spray-painted by Matsu himself. Not a bad belated Valentine’s Day present if you ask us, as it releases tomorrow (Feb. 15th). So, keep your eyes glued to Paper Monster’s shop for you chance to nab one.
