International art collective Agents of Change recently opened a group showing at David Bloch Gallery in Marrakech. Entitled Unfolding, the showing brought together Steve More, Derm, Carlos Mare, LX One, Remi Rough and Jaybo. The AoC cast is ever expanding and contains different styles of art brought in by the widely cast influences of the collective group. Unfolding focuses of just six of the whole twelve, and hones down on some of the more angular, geometrically inspired members of the collective. Painting, collage and sculpture combine within […]

Remember the huge wall installation that Agents of Change put together in Manchester last month? Well, the interesting trailer that AoC put together directly after the painting event, which they coincidentally live streamed via their website, has now been turned into a finished film. Each of the Agents – LXOne, Derm, Remi/Rough, System, Juice 126, Steve More and Timid took a section of the mural and incorporated their own individual stylings into the larger composition, created as part of the Future Everything Festival.
It seems that Agents of Change have gone large again as part of the “Future Everything” Festival. If you didn’t catch the live stream of the AoC’s latest project up in Manchester over the last few days, check out this trailer video produced by the collective documenting some of the installation. A full film is currently under production and should be released in the next few days. Time to get busy Timid! Check out some further pictures from Remi/Rough after the jump.
Agents of Change are getting their game on this weekend in the next chapter of the collective’s collaborative efforts. AM took a trip to the exclusive side of town last week to see what the Agents of Change had in store for their latest venture – Ghost Mews Project / 10. We checked out the collective – Derm, Juice 126, LX One, Remi/Rough, Steve More, System and Timid (Stormie was in Australia for a solo show) – putting the finishing touches to the installation of their first collaborative London show. The Mews 42 gallery is situated at the end of a classy mews street in […]
Here’s a trailer for an interesting little project in Scotland curated by Agents of Change. Six artists, Remi/Rough, Stormie, System, Timid, Derm and Juice 126, were given free reign of an abandoned village on the west coast of Scotland. We can’t begin to imagine what they did with an entire village as their canvas. More to follow…
This weekend, Galerie Zimmerling & Jungfleisch brings a well balanced combination of graffiti roots and contemporary abstract art to Saarbrücken in Germany in the guise of group exhibition Ambiguity. Concentrating on four key proponents of the Graffuturism movement; Poesia, Augustine Kofie, Remi Rough and LX One – whose dimensional work is pictured above – the exhibition looks full of promise from some of the hardest working artists in their field. Repping the USA and Europe in equal measure, these four innovators use a dialect that has helped […]
Currently at The Boston Button Factory, Berlin-based Jaybo Monk has a new show up through July 14th, with an official reception scheduled for June 25th (7-10pm). While in Beantown, the Frenchman has also been busy with various events including an open studio event at SoWa’s First Fridays, live painting at the MFA Summer Gala, and a pop up show at Liquid Art House alongside Augustine Kofie and Todd Mazer. In each instance, fans of the Agents Of Change member’s work have enjoyed his fragmented imagery, taking […]
We’ve amassed quite the collection of books by London based graffiti dude / artist / muralist Remi Rough over time, and it looks like our shelves will be getting another addition pretty soon. #roughsketches is a 124 page book of blackbook drawings and sketches from 1996 to 2013, and it will be available in a limited edition of 100 numbered and signed copies, direct from Remi’s online store on Friday 11th October. Never publicly seen before, these sketches act as a historical document and they show the development of […]
