After a first look at this year’s ComplexCon a couple days ago, we now will show you how the imagery of Takashi Murakami branded the event. The New Baroque will be a group show curated by Rob Zeller and Casey Gleghorn set to open on November 18th at Booth Gallery in New York. It’s always interesting to take a peek into the home of one of your favorite artists (also see the Rydens and Shepard Fairey), especially if they are collectors themselves. Architectural Digest recently stopped by the home of Brian Donnelly, better know as KAWS, and his wife and artist Julia Chiang to give us an intriguing look at their Brooklyn abode. Tomorrow night (November 2nd) in New York, there will be an art auction and benefit for the victims of Hurricane Maria (proceeds go to the Hispanic Federation’s disaster relief fund: Unidos). On November 4th Thinkspace gallery in LA will be opening Human (Nature), the first solo exhibition and full gallery takeover by internationally acclaimed Iranian artist-activist duo, Icy and Sot. For this landmark showcase the artists produced all new body of work varying in medium, techniques and aesthetics used, all focused on celebrating nature and human dependence on it. Releases: Von – “Skull 03” Print

Available thru October 31st, Skull 03 is a new print from Von (interviewed) that sees him utilizing some new drawing techniques that he’s been developing over the past few months.
