Recap: Daniel Arsham – “My First Show in Japan, Year 2044” @ Nanzuka

Daniel Arsham currently has on display his first solo presentation in Japan at Nanzuka Gallery in Tokyo, also his second in Asia following his show at Galerie Perrotin in Hong Kong last autumn (covered). Releases: Audrey Kawasaki – “Dreaming of Koholint Island” Print

On March 26, Audrey Kawasaki (interviewed) will be releasing a new print entitled Dreaming of Koholint Island. The image is taken from the painting the locally-based artist contributed to the current 30th anniversary Legend of Zelda group show (covered) in Los Angeles. Starting at 12 noon PST, 250 of these prints will go on sale for $140 unframed and $290 framed, but head over here for more details if you are interested in adding one to your collection. Barry McGee has always been known for doing things the unconventional way – from mediums used to installing and organizing shows, he keeps finding new ways to do the unexpected.
