Art Basel Week Miami is just around the corner, and once again Juxtapoz Magazine is coming to Miami with another edition of their Juxtapoz Clubhouse concept, this time taking over a whole section in downtown Miami. Last month, Amy Sol (interviewed) had the opportunity to paint her first outdoor wall and her largest mural to date for this year’s POW! WOW! Antelope Valley. Curated by Thinkspace & Lancaster MOAH and created at the BLVD in downtown Lancaster, the piece features Sol’s signature female characters & creature companions created in a delicate muted palette. A couple weekends ago, the New York branch of Perrotin Gallery opened a joint exhibition from Emily Mae Smith & Genesis Belanger.
