Tomorrow (February 7th) will mark the third time Thinkspace has curated a show in association with POW! WOW! Hawaii at the Honolulu Museum of Art School (see 2015 & 2014). On February 20th, Rime (otherwise know as Jersey Joe) will be opening his debut show with Jonathan LeVine Gallery at their 529 West 20th Street location in New York. Conclusions will feature a future turn towards figurative abstraction from the MSK-affiliated graffiti artist making use of bold colors and energetic compositions. Genalguacil is a small town in southern Spain which has been involved in supporting and organizing art projects for the last 20 years. Slowly turning the town into an open space museum, the locals recently invited Javier Calleja from nearby Malaga to add his contribution to the collection. LA Art Show ’16: Recap

Last week, the LA Art Show was in town for another go around bringing in more than 120 galleries representing 22 countries. The 2016 edition was the 21st iteration of the fair, but third year for a special section of the event entitled Littletopia (see 2014, 2015).
